Our Safety Guidelines

Safety is our top priority at Blooming Marvellous Landscapes Ltd. We take every precaution to ensure that our team and clients are safe at all times. Our team is fully trained and equipped with the latest safety gear to ensure that every project is completed without any accidents or incidents.

FAQ

  • How much do you charge?
    The hourly rate per man hour is £25. However, some projects will require a fixed price.
  • How far are you willing to travel?
    30 minutes/ 15 miles radius. In order to accept work further afield, a minimum amount of hours is required. Alternatively, a travel cost will be applied.
  • What happens if the weather doesn't permit working?
    If weather truly does not allow work to continue, we will endeavour to reschedule as soon as practicable for non regular clients. For scheduled client's, we will liaise with you to attempt to make up the time. However, if its not possible, work will continue on your next appointment.
  • Can I pay cash?
    You can pay: Option 1: Cash Option 2: Direct Debit Option 3: PayPal link on the invoice (this may incur a small transaction charge)
  • What happens to my garden waste?
    Option 1: Placed in your garden waste bin. Option 2: Bulk bag hire charge of £5, to remove the waste yourselves and return the bag. Option 3: We take the waste away for you. £50 per bulk bag or a fix price for a job lot.
  • How quickly do you require payment?
    Payment should be made in full on completion of work carried out. Certain jobs may require a deposit upfront to cover related materials and hire costs. Larger or more in depth projects may be subject to a fixed payment schedule, to be discussed at consultation.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
